USA Field Hockey Membership/Insurance

All players are required to carry a current USA Field Hockey Membership for the entire fall season.  This membership provides insurance to cover the individual athlete as well as access to other member benefits.  Please log onto www.usfieldhockey.com to obtain this membership or to renew your athlete's membership.  Age 11 and under the cost is $25 and 12 and over is $60.  This is in additional to the registration fee for CFHC.  All athlete's must show proof of membership to their coach on the first day of practice.
