• Click on "Membership",  Click on "My Account",  then click on "Join or Renew",  depending on age, select U12 or U19 membership

• All players MUST have up to date membership by the first practice or they will not be able to participate!

• If your daughter plays for another Field Hockey Club during the year and they have Insurance already, please let us know the Club name and expiration date before the first practice. They will not need additional Insurance for CFHC.
