All USA Field Hockey Fees will be covered by CFHC starting with the Fall 2026 Season. This is a part of the USAFH Club support program. 

Please note: The Club Support Program membership does not qualify players to participate in USA Field Hockey's major regional or national events. Players on a travel team requiring a USAFH membership must still renew their full National Membership separately at http://usafieldhockey.com/.
