MUST have equipment: 

• Mouth guard for every practice and game.  Your daughter WILL NOT be able to participate unless her mouth guard is in her mouth
  

• Goggles - CFHC will require all ages to wear eye-guards during games 

• Sneakers are best as the girls practice and play on grass and turf fields (NO CLEATS, unless they are turf specific.  Soccer cleats get "stuck" in the turf and are not recommended. Players can wear field hockey specific turf shoes if not sneakers) 

• Shin Guards

• Stick
• Waterbottle
•  Ball (to practice at home)
